My hallmate Alex showed me a really good dumpling place today. We stuffed ourselves with a wonderfully delicious meal. We had both steamed and pan fried dumplings. We also ate a northern appetizer, some kind of slippery, crystal rice noodle mixed with red pepper oil, chives, crunchy soy beans, and sesame. One of the best meals I've had here, on par with the da bing.I love dumplings, so perhaps in a year's worth of meals, I could probably try their whole menu of dumplings, lamb filling, pork with corn, pork with celery, beef with bok choy, beef with shrimp, crab with tofu, so many varieties!

yum! dumplings are delish! i hope you can find a place that does soup dumplings. andy took me to joe's in nyc and they were pretty good.
