Even in September, it is still hot and humid in Tianjin. Everyday, I find myself thirsty and dehydrated. Even when I bring a bottle of water in my bag, it's usually warmed up to room temperature and barely satisfying. Enter the brilliant thermos bottle! I got the idea to chill water at home and put in in the thermos to keep cold. Surprisingly, even without ice (I had not yet bought the ice cube tray yet),the water remained cold for over 4 hours. It's a great thermos for 22 yuan.
This is an ice cube tray with a COVER! What a brilliant idea!I've always hated how ice cubes would get dirty and contaminated in our over stuffed freezer. It would absorb fishy smells, get little specks of flour or dirt frozen in, or spill water all over on the way from the sink to the freezer. Finally, an ice tray with a cover is just what we need, why don't they have this in the U.S.?
